Auto Publisher is a trading name of Interactive Pages Limited (hereafter
Interactive Pages)
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing, using,
registering and ordering using the Auto Publisher Website you are confirming
that you agree to the terms and conditions:
TERMS OF SERVICE
Any information, photographs or data you transmit or post on your website using
our online control panel will be non-confidential and shall belong absolutely
to Interactive Pages for the purposes of advertising and publicity.
Interactive Pages make no promise that their products or service will be
uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material
available or accessible through our website is free of viruses or other harmful
components.
Access to the Service may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs,
maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Interactive
Pages will attempt to restore the service as soon as reasonably practicable.
Because of the nature of the Internet, products and service are provided on an
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Interactive Pages are not responsible if they
are unable to provide a service for reasons beyond their control.
ACCESS TO CONTENT AND SERVICES
Interactive Pages reserve the right to refuse service and/or access to its
servers to anyone. Interactive Pages reserve the right to modify the services
offered.
Users are responsible for all use made of the Service where their username and
password are used. It is their responsibility to ensure that their username and
password are stored securely and remain confidential to responsible adults
only.
If users suspect that their username and password have been compromised they
should inform Interactive Pages immediately.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights (including the
Internet software, databases, design, arrangement and look and feel) and all
material or content supplied as part of any website operated by Interactive
Pages shall remain at all times the property of Interactive Pages.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All accounts must be prepaid. Although Interactive Pages reserve the right to
change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for
the period of prepayment. Payment is due annually or quarterly on the
anniversary following the date the account was established. Where the payment
has not been received Interactive Pages will immediately suspend the services
until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all
money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the
customer sends a written cancellation request. All invoices will be sent
directly to customers shortly after the online purchase has been made. Any
payments are to be made in UK sterling.
PAYMENT
Interactive Pages accept standing order and cheque payments only. Customer must
ensure that any cheque payment is received prior to the due date. Interactive
Pages cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received
cheques have been cleared.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
This offer does not include set-up charges. Also the offer is only valid for
customers opening their first account. New customers will not be entitled to
this offer if any account has previously been created at the same postal
address within the same 12-month time span.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Interactive Pages reserve the right to cancel the service at any time. In this
event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon their
remaining subscription. If a customer contravenes Interactive Pages' terms of
service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers
may cancel their account at any time. During the first 30 days customers who
wish to cancel will be entitled to a full refund (excluding set-up charges).
Any incentives offered to customers when opening the account will also be
cancelled. Fees charged on a prepayment basis are non-refundable. Once the
initial 30 day period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a
refund unless the service is cancelled by Interactive Pages.
INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees that they shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Interactive
Pages free from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable legal fees asserted against Interactive Pages, its agents,
its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any
service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by
the customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend,
indemnify and hold free Interactive Pages against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise
distributed in connection with Interactive Pages' server; (2) any material
supplied by a customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary
rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective
products sold to a customer from Interactive Pages' server.
DISCLAIMER
Interactive Pages will not be liable (to the maximum extent permitted by law)
for any consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to,
loss of business or profits or any other financial loss to customers.
Interactive Pages make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for
services we provide. Interactive Pages disclaim any warranty or merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.
Interactive Pages reserve the right to revise its policies at any time. Changes
on this site will be incorporated in revised terms and conditions. Use of the
site after posting revised terms and conditions binds users to the new terms.
Users should therefore always read revised terms and conditions.
COMPLAINTS
Interactive Pages endeavour to respond to complaints within 7 working days.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of contained in these Terms and Conditions is found to be
illegal, invalid or unenforceable that provision shall be severed from these
terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force
and effect.
LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
English Law and only the Courts of England shall decide any disputes.
